- you have to be active and we hope that you know how to use whatsapp
- we are looking for an Elite player or even one hidden gem perhaps
neverthless, you dont have to be a top 10 player in ECL All Time Stats, which is more important to us, is that you respect and play for the logo
- we would like you to be competitive as hell when it comes for winning and playing for the team, but still you like and know how to have fun

I don't see the problem, why is it required to reach the top division in one NHL game if you start out in the lowest division?
If you play the game for fun, then you play with your friends no matter which division you're in.
If you play the game to reach the top, either fight for a spot in a team already at the top or get into a lower division team and prove that you are worth it.
If you want to see YOUR team reach the top, start from the lowest division and build the best team you can of players that will accept to play in lower divisions. This is a challenge as it should be, nothing worth having comes easy.
Edit: Since I'm ECL Staff, I'd like to point out that this is my personal opinion.

It's not legit to wait for 18-24 months to even be able to play in the highest division if you admins want to call this an eSport. Nuff said

Teams giving up cuz it's not worth to start in LITE, pay 100 euros, play 2 tournaments and "maybe" get the chance in the same game/year to play in the highest division.

4 divisions means that it would be any harder for a LITE team, and not cheaper.

With more divisions do we need more ECL-tournaments every year.
You should be able to reach the highest division from the lowest in the same game if you're having a good team.
Instead of having good teams like "Vesa Pompa" who decides to split up cuz they don't "have the time" to grind in the 2nd highest division, and "maybe" get the opportunity to play in Elite later in 20.
As it is now with 3 divisions is it already too few tournaments.
Don't see that 4 divisions would make it any better, for anyone.

Short answer is just dont bother switching out the original one, there is basically no upside even to the premium controllers at all.
I have a serious problem of buying mices and controllers because.... look i dunno it's fun, so i've tried most of the over the top controllers, including running a Xbox elite with a Cronus max and if it wasn't for the fact that i can't stand the dualshock shape i would have just stuck with the dualshock. Some controllers like the early Nacon Pro ones will straight up be worse for NHL because of the stupidly long sticks, the ones with swappable magnet sticks also just works awful with NHL since they slide all over the place. Even the "good ones" for nhl, like the Razier Raiju that i ended up using, just isn't worth it. Upping the sens on the sticks doesn't really do anything, hairpin triggers is so useful that i just mostly forget to put them back on, the wired controllers has no upside over the Dualshock wireless in terms of latency and so on. The single upside the controllers have is their shape (and that's only if you prefer the Xbox shape) and that you can bind hustle and chop to the paddles, which albeit nice, is not going to make you better and paying 130 euros for that alone is not even worth it if you like to literally burn money for fun.
Don't listen to this guy. We found out that he had 12 fingers back in 2014.
