I would like to thank you for your support through your redirects to our website and compliments on your great videos - I've enjoyed them a lot! I also agree with you that it'd be great if we could actually play some NA vs Europe games without one being at a clear disadvantage. Hopefully that will prove possible in the near future, but I'm not holding my breath.

I have sent the below message to the captains:
Hey guys,
I need your (team) to vote on the length of the season. As it looks now, there will be 7 teams. In my opinion, 4 should go to the playoffs (best out of 7). Playoffs will consist of semi-finals and finals and the playoffs phase will take two weeks.
My question to you is about the length of the regular season:
Option 1: Play every opponent 2 times, totaling 12 games (both games played on same night, so 6 sessions, 3 opponents per week, total of 2 weeks)
Option 2: Play every opponent 4 times (2 games per session, 12 sessions, 3 opponents per week, total of 4 weeks.
Option 1 season takes 4 weeks total and option 2 season takes 6 weeks total. Please talk to your teams and get back with your votes asap.
Season starts Monday.

Sorry everyone for the delayed start of this league! Due to the Summer Cup preparations I haven't had the time to chase things as much as I've wanted to. We need to get the rosters to the teams and everyone ready before we start. Alternatively, I need to know if a team is not participating.

Hi @Vildmanden93 - good and relevant questions! I have just sent a PM to all captains. I will also paste the information below for transparency:
Hey guys,
We're getting ready to start the league on Monday. I need all of you captains and all of your teammates to create your player cards. Without creating your player cards, it is not possible for me to make you captains and it isn't possible for you to pick your players to your team. None of you, except for @Vildmanden93 has done this so far, as far as I could see. I have given him the rights to add players to his team.
Below, you'll find a link to the video on how to create your player card. The site looks a little bit different now from the video, but basically when you are signed in and go to NHLGamer.com, you will be prompted to create it.
The Xbox reporting tool is still being worked at as we speak, but it will work as in the video below:
The schedule and rules will be up tomorrow. Basically, it will include the same principles as our ECL 4 rules:
Attention @psumi15: our league requires a minimum of 8 players, so please add another two players to your roster. Due to the lack of communication of this earlier, we can give you some time to find the additional two players, if you don't already have 8.
Any questions so far, let us know by answering this message.

Welcome back @Depch! It's been a few years since we played on the same team for a while. As you've noticed, most of the teams on our website are on the PS4, but we have recently also got some Xbox One teams and will be running a league for Xbox One starting in May. I also like the Xbox controller more, but so far my EASHL play has been 99% on the PS4.
If you decide on the PS4, you can join the upcoming Summer Cup, which is of a draft format. We are of course also open to doing a Summer Cup for the Xbox One, if there are enough interested players.

Thanks, this is fixed now. From a technical perspective it has to do with the division system. There was also another player with this issue.

Hey @Billy44205 thanks for this. Can you verify that the issue still remains with the new front-end as well. The position in the team page is selected by 'preferred position', which he can set under the 'Edit player' page. I believe he has set his preferred position as a forward even though he has tagged his positions as LD and RD. Please check with him.

Can you make sure that:
1. You have closed the browser completely.
2. You try to shift + refresh
3. Clear your cache.
I had the same problem earlier, but these steps helped me.

The time has come for me to spread my wings and put myself… eh, lets skip to the point.
I am looking for a team.(sold)A 6vs6 ECL franchise that is dedicated, a fun group to play with and above all: always looking to improve. For those of you who don’t know me, I am KenuFHR, a longtime ECL (and before that EHL) player who runs this beautiful website (along with some other lovely people). Despite being asked for ID when buying Pepsi, I am old (32).
When I am not coding and/or breaking stuff on the site, I have previously made my home on RW for clubs such as Kattiautomaatti, FHR Punakone (never forget) and others. While I am most comfortable on RW, I can play the other forward positions as well. @janbonator and @Dominointi will surely aid to perfect my face-off skills by the time ECL 5 kicks off, if helpful for the team.
With me you get a positionally aware two-way winger with playmaking ability who’s gone up against the very best the EASHL community has to offer and know what it takes to play at that level. Therefore, I am first and foremost looking for teams in ECL Elite or ECL Pro.

As you can see from the stats, NHL 17 was not a big effort on my side time-wise (due to working abroad) and I am back and ready to bring my A-game back in NHL 18.

On a side-note. @Pontus T aka Terasniska is hands down one of the best D-men I've ever played with and I had the privilege of playing with him on the same team in the Summer Cup. You absolutely need this guy on your Elite team. Better yet, bring us both in.
