    Great post indeed!! If we think how things are rolling in real world these days everything costs €€€$$$. If you want to play virtual hockey manager games like Liigapörssi you have to pay something. Liigapörssi payments start from about 20€ / year / player. That amount with this community size means something like 80 000€/year. With this kind of money you could pay some prizes and maybe allso develope community.

    New club Perttilan Kommandot are looking for LD(right handed) and G for long term. Starting now and specially for ECL7 Lite

    At the summer time our game times are not so regular because life, sun and other shit that ruins good gaming days. And at the moment we are playing also in GCL so it takes away some game days too. After summer we are going to play mostly without roster rotation, so you must be active on our gaming hours. We try to play about 4 nights a week su-thu 19-23CET... maybe 2-3 hour / gameday. And we allso try to do some pre-scheduling... so it is a good thing if you can tell before go time if you are unable to play.

    + some dudes for backup...

    We are all ADULTS(26-32) from Finland so it would be nice if u can speak finnish and propably its best if you are not a teenager :)

    I think there isn`t such rule. Monarchs isn`t only team with more than 50% new guys in PRO. So i guess that just captain needs to continue to keep old team status. Considering number of new teams(many very good), im not sure is this policy smart...

    New club Paranoid Puck Passers are looking for LD and G.

    Time has come for me to move on from Speedy Bros Hockey before the journey truly even started. Speedos are going to have great offence and it would have been hard for me to find play time in there. Just saying because i don`t want anyone to think that im hopping from club to another. Good luck to you Speedos, we had fun and good games in this last month. 

    Im ready to try all spots, but would be fun to find a team where i can play on same postition most of games. All but RW need a bit work beacuse i havent played them that mutch lately.

    Yeah i do leave... But then next 30 minutes goes to find same kind of bs game... thats why i avoid dropping.

    Yeah that`s true and i am well known of that fact. Maybe you ment to quote @MartindalexC? Baad players who try to play virtual hockey are not THE problem for me when playing drops.U can adjust your game and try to help them play better or try to take a bigger role by your self. What pisses me off are the ones goofing around on the ice and dudes who don`t pass.

    Ability to block players somehow would be great.. Or if other players could wote player out from lobby or game..

    1. Its not worth my time to play idiotic games. I’d rather quit and start a new one with other players.

    2. I let the others on the team finish the game without having me ruining it for them. 

    That`s why i usually don`t play drops. I don`t have patience to finish sucky games or spend hours of searching for good drop game. People should really try to finish drops they start. Quitters are big reason of why many good players avoid drops.

    Haha, i think not buddy :D Or then i have been super unlucky in my drops. Problem is not really that there`s not good players in drops, problem is that there is allso quitters and kids or some idiots fking up games just for fun. One idiot is enough to ruin game for everyone two makes playing impossible...

    I don`t even remember when have i finished drop with same number of players that i started it... and that tells a lot...

    If someone has what it takes to play drops i salute you!!! I`m interested to know what makes you get trough those games and sitting in that waiting simulator? Bud? Booze? Anti-depressions? Coke? Or just nerves of steel? It just seems that nothing works for me. No matter how loose and prepaired attitude i get to play those games, after 1 or 2 i feel like total tool of playing with kids and wasting my time... Ok clubbing with randoms can easily be total nerv wrecking BS to, but at least u get to finish most of your games and most players somehow respect fellow players...

    I my self have lot of friends in community, and can find good games most of the days... But sometimes there is no other choise than dropping with kids n jerks... Thats why im thinking maybe we should star club that is open for NHLgamers... maybe we could fix some games in this thread... 

    Sound like an ok idea or not?

    Yeah great post! Finding/building good home is not easy. These feelings are well known for many who are building or trying to find a new team. There is so many things you have to make match.

    My personal rank of things to consider building new team

    1. Matching Schedules

    2. Matching goals( what everyone wants from game )

    3. Matching on ice chemistry

    4. Matching personal chemistry

    5. Skills

    These are the things that i value. It`s allmost impossible to find six dudes who click in all these things and even if all clicks u need hell of a lot of work, trust and considereration to keep everyone happy and returning to play...

    And tip to all not captains playing the game: Even that captain seems like a rock, asking every day for games and cheers everyone up, in time it may start to feel like a one way street :) ... U can all individually show some enthusiasm and ask for games and such... 

    And cheer up @chavelski u will find missing puzzles to your allready good roster. And greetings to all Pro/elite dudes who avoid Lite like canser and just laugh at it... There are good games in Lite! Ok, there are few teams just having fun and playing around but there were many great Lite teams this year and im sure next year is going to be even tougher. Many Lite teams would have kicked some Pro teams in Play-off series im sure of it... Or maybe thats exactly what some pro dudes are scared of and thats why avoiding it... losing to some Lite noobs...
