While Sadapoika is right that NHL shifted from being more popular on Xbox, to now being more popular on the PS, you should take the numbers posted with a grain of salt. As always you see numbers that are taken from VGchartz. A shit website that only estimate sales. Back in 2010-12 EA at least released the official launch numbers for the NHL series, but guess what? The numbers of VGchartz don't even match the official week 1 sales. Can't blame them, though. Why would they take the time to look up officially released sales figures of the obscure and niche games of the NHL series.
