  1. Article updated: start time is Sunday 2nd if July at 19:30 CEST (20:30 EEST). Good afternoon gamers, You might remember a month ago when we showcased our very first edition of the NHLGamer Presents banner, in this post. That time the series in question was NHLGamer Presents: Goalie School, the arena was Youtube and you can check out the first two episodes here and here. More to come in that series! Anyway, back then we did say there'd be more material coming and today we are here to deliver on that promise. Introducing... the second unique series to be featured in NHLGamer Presents: Staff Hangout. NHLGamer Presents: Staff Hangout will, just like Goalie School, be a recurring feature only it will take place mainly on our NHLGamer Twitch channel instead of on Youtube. As the name suggets, Staff Hangout will simply be the NHLGamer staff hanging out, talking about a variety of topics, playing some games (mostly NHL) and above all taking your questions on everything related to NHLGamer, Summer Cup, ECL, Versus or anything else you can think of. One could say the series is not entirely unlike a Podcast in that sense, only with more Live interaction from anyone who is interested to comment. Episode #1 of Staff Hangout will be streaming on NHLGamer Twitch this Sunday at 19:30 CEST (20:30 EEST) and featured will be: vSilenttio The_Alpha_Furyan KenuFHR janbonator (maybe) TBD Topics will include (but not be limited to): Summer Cup, the Staff meeting in Finland, future of NHLGamer, Versus & ECL 5. See you all there!

  2. Looking for team for rest of the nhl 17 and ECL 5. My best positions are rw, rd and g. Atm not interested of 1st goalie position, more of rd and/or rw who can backup as g. Ld works aswell but not used to playing there so will take some time to adapt. I can play C too if u don`t mind me losing most of the face-offs lol. I started to play eashl at the end of nhl 16 and 6v6 only in start of the last ECL. Last ecl in lite with Banterfield as captain, unfortunately only 2 wins away from claiming spot to Pro. So not the best player right away but lots of potential. I can speak english, finnish and swedish. I will go to army on monday so after that I can play mainly on weekends only tho, until christmas when I am done with the army. So more of backup player because of army next ECL. 3. Hey NHL Gamers, during the game between NG International Army and NG Pojat Ilman Pelihaluu, the away team scored the game-winning goal in overtime. NG International Army filed a dispute including the following video: NG International Army vs. NG Pojat Ilman Pelihaluu.mp4 The goal in question violates rule #7 "Fair Play": "Currently, there is a known bug which leads to a player being stuck in an animation, making it impossible for him to play the game until the next stoppage. In case this bug occurs, teams are advised to clear the puck as soon as they notice it. Any goals scored during this time frame will not count. Video proof needs to be captured if there is disagreement whether a goal should count or not. In case this freeze occurs multiple times during a game, League Administration asks teams to provide video evidence for further investigation. Intentional, abusive usage is considered as exploiting the game and will lead to harsh disciplinary action described above." Just before the goal is scored, one of the attacking players skates towards the frozen defender to play a pass. League Administration assumes he must have been aware of the freeze in this situation. However, due to the heat of the moment (overtime) and a good opportunity, we feel like it was not done on purpose. League Administration will refrain from any personal player penalties. However, League Administration rules that this overtime must be replayed with the same rosters used in the original game. The rosters can be seen from the match page linked above. In case both teams fail to schedule the overtime until Sunday, the game will end 2:2 and both teams receive one point. In case one team is at fault, the other team will receive an overtime walkover win (3:2/2:3) and thus get two points, while the other team receives one point. - League Administration

Played in Unknown and SIKA before I started to cheat (again) in CS:GO. (Come and buy my inv, 70% market price and cykel på köpet) SPAM ME some PM's, thx. Hörs / +25260962272, Svamp

  5. Victorious Secret HC is looking for goalkeepers! We dont have any goalies at the moment so ice time shouldnt be a problem. What we need? Just caught that little black object that we call a puck and you fill our need. Simple right ? Contact me here or PSN KingOfApes_ for tryouts!

  6. Goalie looking for a competitive ECL team for NHL 18. I've played in multiple ECL (and EHL) tournaments as a goalie, in teams such as Finnish Roosters and (for the past few seasons) Checkmate. As for communication: I can speak Finnish and English. You can contact me either on NHLGamer or PSN. PSN ID: Juizki

  7. I'd love to find a nice ECL-oriented team to play with forever and ever. My longtime team Finnish Roosters folded after the last ECL season, so I joined Aapon Taikasauva but failed to establish myself there and now I'm back to square one. I've played most of my EASHL games as right defenseman. Lately I've enjoyed playing goalie, too, but I'm very much a work in progress in that role. If you have the patience to watch me let in some cheap goals at this point, I'm quite sure it would all pay off once I have a better grip on all the mechanics. I'm already playing some solid games where I don't let in any easy shots and I'll even save a bunch of the high-percentage chances. It's just not consistent yet. This whole goalie thing is secondary to me, though, so if you just need a defenseman you can ignore this bit if you like. My PSN ID is ktewjh but my old name from the Xbox 360 was Janikka, as seen here at NHL Gamer, which rolls off the tongue a lot better so a bunch of players (including myself) still call me that. UPDATE: I went to HC Sika on a tryout basis so my announcement of free agency is now void. It all happened so fast as to disorient my aging mind. Having previously played for the Finnish Roosters and now playing in Sika, you could say I've simply gone from one farm animal to another.
