Packet loss on the new Helsinki server?

Yesterday was easily the best day for a long time. First game had like 3% packet loss and at some point it even started to feel unplayable first time during the problem. Couple really huge lag spikes. But after that, rest of the evening (maybe 5 games?) went without any problems. 0% packet loss and zero weird occasional micro-stutters.

It's so weird idk what's going on.

Had phone call with DNA yesterday. They doubt it the problem could be at their end, suggested to check with EAs side. But they at least know about it and will keep eyes and ears open and look into it. DNA also sent me messages later yesterday, both English and Finnish. I put them here:

 

            

 

EA is also informed about the problem and they know it and they promised to look into it.

Today I noticed for the first time that I also have packet loss and it is 4% now for the second game in a row. I live in Oulu and I use DNA fiber.

Im (from Turku) using DNA aswell and i can get up to 6% packet loss. Sometimes the game is smooth and i don't feel anything but sometimes it's just randomly starting with the packet loss.

I played a few games on the Helsinki servers last night, and the one game where I had packet loss it was at 7%. Looks like the problem has gotten worse, perhaps not in frequency but we're certainly seeing higher figures of packet loss across the board.

Packet Loss for me was 10% last Night in ecl games😂 cannot use Helsinki servers atm..

Now I  have 15 % packet loss today. And my ping is waving every time, game freeze. Also in a training mode. 

should I change it to Elisa or change my old router or what? 😀😀

Typically, those affected by the common packet loss problem on the Helsinki servers have packet loss with a stable ping. Do you also only encounter this problem on the Helsinki servers?

I've now been in five Burst games in HUT on the Helsinki servers (three games before the new patch and two games since the servers went back online). None of these games had any packet loss. Looks very promising so far.
