This article will feature all the information you need about participating and includes all the eligible teams. If you haven't read our general information yet, we suggest you head over to our ECL '22 Winter season article. Description This league is for those teams that are already familiar with the NHL game series and competitive play. The division features a full regular season with best-of-seven playoffs and the possibility to play for a share of the prize pool consisting out of optional License payments. The optional ECL Core License is 50€ per team. ECL Core: 128 teams Sign up without restrictions (but capped at 128) Regular season: 8 groups of 16 Playoffs: 64 teams Best-of-7 Gamedays: Tuesday Thursday Sunday ECL Core License The ECL '22 Winter Core License will allow your team to play for their share of the Prize pool in the Core division. The Prize pool consists of License payments. Purchase the ECL '22 Winter Core License of 50€ here (one-time purchase by team captain required). ECL '22 Winter: Core Schedule Sign up period: 2.- 27.12. Regular season: 2.1.- 3.2. Playoffs: 6.2.- 15.3. The ECL Core Rulebook The rules will be based on those of the ECL 12 season, with some additions. The updated ECL '22 rulebook will be available in the coming weeks.
