Im an allround role-player i think i do the most good to a team as a defensive balanced player if i would describe myself.     Question? Its been said that the 4 teams going to semi in lite is already qualified for pro. That is the only thing I have heard or known about. Is that no longer a fact? Would have been nice to know if some stakes are changed

    Is there an easy way to get to message the opponents captians thru the schedule? I click here and there and don't end up where I want unless I first look at the schedule and then back out and search for teams again. And the same for the other way around, if a captain writes to me and don't present himself I can't click on him and see what team he is in, just the forum profile. Then I have to back out and look through teams again.

    Nice, I guess this puts some pressure on us yeey the team actually have 5 former members from SYN since Headandtail97 also have done several EHL/ECL as Byhkov and 3 members from the Northern Ascendancy squad. We just have to like the situation I guess. I bet there will be some good competition anyway and not like an walk in the park good luck to every team this season / DEK

    I dont think it has to be too complicated, Main point is that each group get 5 teams from this top 20 Instead of maybe 10 or 15 of these teams together... If you want to categorize anyway, it´s easy just to draw top 4 in separate groups and 5 to 8 in separate groups, 9 to 12 and so on... Just choose EASHL ranking as our seeding rank, I myself would prefer 6vs6 since that´s what we are playing for... then everyone know in the future that if you want to be seeded move up the eashl ranking. If theres is 1 or 2 really good teams that havent played enough to be seeded, It doesnt matter as they wont mess up the groups anyway, and still get their spot. You can draw a parallell to soccer championships where you have to move up the UEFA coefficent to be seeded, and seeds have a big factor to the standard of a tournament, but still it doesnt mean that lower seeded teams are worse or cant win, it´s just balanced groups.

    Yeah I missed don't hehe. I don't care if my team get a tough group. I think it's for the leagues best to have an exiting playoff. I don't think anyone wants semifinals or maybe even a final ending up with double digits. That is what's gonna happen if some groups are too easy.

    Good work, it's not important wether your team seed 1, 10, 20 or not at all... what's important is that all of these teams or most of them don't end up in the same group, many of them will for sure end up in the same group anyway.

    yeah that was me, I was used to be automatically logged in in and when I already had done the post I couldnt change it.

    we should do a test of this... we dont get the home team captain input lag everytime in club, seems random now and then. but we often have a slow connection the whole team on the home side.

    Seeing this as a "video game" fun thing were everyone can play if they want is actually one of the reasons that teams do quit, we had a massive amount of teams that quit and completely destroyed the standings in NHL14. This is a league and basically you have to play or dont be here. Otherwise play eashl casually, you will face the best teams there also.

    A division system would also give something to play for in both ends of the standings. Qualifying rounds between divisions would be at least dramatic and exiting as a regular playoff. But I understand that it might not be fair to start up with splitting teams into divisions. It would also give new teams and players long term goals. I think many teams and players might give up loosing every game with double digits. It would be better for the future and development of building up new teams and players.

    Divisions would help teams in the long run to not give up that easy on their team and start new ones also... if they automatically would start in the lowest as a new team. These are hard questions to discuss but in the end we all want great rivalry and good hockey games. Its´up to all of us to create something good together even if we fight as enemies on the ice. Every team cant win but every team play a big part in the product anyway.
