We got informed about this case during weekend - that sentence might be little bit misleading, I admit that one. However, doesn't change that the actual violation happened long time before our contact. Obviously, we could have acted better/faster here. Sorry for this part - my bad!

Repeated user error offenses and delayed game reporting are two, totally different things. Delayed game reporting is when you don't report your games in time. The user error simply concerns a situation where someone is leaving "sloppy" game reports in which there are continued, easily avoidable mistakes that leaves faulty stats.

What about 6 hour draft taking like 6 days, 3 week regular season taking like 5 weeks without any information and still not all games played etc.... Those doesent matter.

Good to hear that you're man of principles - sadly it wasn't like that with your game reporting.
What about the draft? The Summer Cup schedule will be as long as we thought it would be - the last week of the Playoffs will be the same week when the NHL18 Beta will be out.
What about the result? With that logic, we could have only ending results from the games & playoffs and that would be it.

This wasn't the first time during this season where captain/alternate captain wants to be transfered to some other team. Difference is that in other cases, people contacted LA about those transfers and told what has happened and what they want to do. In this one, people involved didn't care about the rules and just acted without thinking what it might cause. Of course, this is my personal opinion about this case.
Believe me or not - most of the rules are there because of an actual reason.

Gigantic rosters? Just because they would have chance to part of Elite team's roster, with playing 0 games? 8-10 is normal roster, what is gigantic?
The problem here is not that huge. It'll be just like it is today. Feels like the problem is that you (or other bottom teams) dont have easy road no more to the Top league, to play in the league where everyone wants to play.
Most of your arguments around your point of view (low tier team) dont convince me at all.
@Jnmxxx has a fair point here but I think playing 30 regular season games (5 week time period) would be enough to solve that where you belong to. @cHIIMEERa said it well: that would bring Divisions more closed than they will be with this system. This brings more hunger and victory feeling to teams who go far in Div2 & Div3 playoffs.
I mean seriously, if you're last in 30-game season, it's time to give someone else the chance.
For an example, if SIKA plays very bad Elite season and Sjukstugan plays big in Div2 by winning the whole Pro league, I'd say they deserve the place in the Elite and we would need to shake things up to be better next season.

@Jesus, I get it mostly, but how it's going to be different with top players playing only in top divisions. When this have happened before? When some superstar player has just decided to get some low tier team to the playoffs, or anything like that? Unknown did it with NOR but Unknown didn't have full team that season, and "half" of them got NOR to next level. Cool story but not the one we're looking for here. They could still make stories like this happen though.
When I think these things, I always think how this and that guy from that team would feel about this.
I just see big opportunity here to other teams earn their spots with the big boys, and make name for themselves by playing. Building the team - if they're new - learning the game and still playing against better teams in EASHL. That's how you get better, that's how you practice. Playing two league-games per season against some good teams is nothing compared to grinding EASHL - odds are pretty bad for the new team anyways if they would play in the Div2 with second biggest dogs in the world.
C'mon guys. For once, try to think three divisions positively. These days there are so many good teams around that there will be tough teams and players in Div2 next season, for sure.
Why we shouldn't have everybody abroad? I cant see the big problem here. Sure, bad teams will play in Div3, okay, so what, thats logical right? If/when some "good" team gets relegated to 3div, I think they are in the right spot then as some other more hungry teams have battled for spot in the 2div, and earned it.
Less scaring of things changing and more competing. Period.
And @cHIIMEERa, I think they have amateur leagues, teams and players in real life as well and they're not mad about what their called of.
How about Platinum, Gold and Silver championships? I know right...

Yes, @vatalisti, it have happened before. But I have very strong feeling about the word "divisions", which will take this whole shit to the next level. This may be last time when every team out there can play in the "real ECL" if you know what I mean. If you want to play the ECL in the future, this might be your last chance to prove it. Teams who really want to play this game competitively, will play those 54-58 games.
Personally I dont even care if some teams participate ECL3 and then just quit when they see that they cant make the playoffs. I want to get rid of those kind of teams.
Let the games begin.

It's good that some guys are doing things like this for fun! Even though they are not official as these kind of things are based on a) stats and b) opinions, they still bring something to this community. Specially when there's not that much drama these days.

Good stuff again. I haven't been so active myself during last weeks to say something on who's hot or not but I agree with everything you wrote on me. 50% of games behind and we still have our chance to make great comeback. Small chance, but it exists.

@The_Alpha_Furyan how about next; captain interviews? Ask about draft, like for example what kind of team Captain @Basstian23 wanted to build and how he feels about his team after he have played with it. And to get some content into interview, why not to ask about captain's NHL16 ECL-succees, summer-plans and future-plans with NHL17 and so on. I'm pretty sure you could handle this. Every article, interview etc. would be good, now and in the future!

Stream was great! Obviously it was almost 100% sure thing that there will be issues with the new draft-tool, which was nice add and easy to use btw. Nhlgamer needs more "having fun" kind of streams, and ofc. having more event based streams, like the Draft was, cant be bad. It seriously gives a lot to the basic fans and teams, when the site has real faces and personalities behind your usernames and you're not afraid to show yourselves to this community. Respect.
Draft itself was fun, and I enjoyed it even though it really was nerve-racking with the waiting and thinking that will the next captain pick the exact guy I really want to be part of my team. Luckily I survived, as I'm very very happy with the team I have at the moment (thanks for the 1st overall boys btw). I was actually pretty shocked to get players like @Isidor1891(Terrorsenko) and @poliskontroll as my 2nd and 3rd round picks, not still forgetting about my later picks that we really wanted to get (@jtorro1233 and @Nikge). After these picks the other part started as we didnt know rest of our picks that well but still after scouting and talking with them, I feel good from those picks as well!
After all it was really fun event, as in real life they are drafting prospects and in game world you cant do that so this Summer Cup Draft was really good substitute for real NHL draft. Exactly something what this community needs when the real games are not been played. And greatest part is this: lets play hockey! Should we call this "pre-season" or "after-season" as official offseason has ended...
