    I'm kind of in the neutral about this. I'm very competitive and am all in for bigger prize pools, but having played the last few tournaments in Core, understand the arguments for the license removals. If and when we are going down the route of licenses and fees for tournaments, i truly think the community will and probably should be divided. SportsGamer is heading towards professionalism, and that costs money. This was bound to happen. Maybe SportsGamer could come up with tournaments for those who are ACTUALLY competitive, and then separate ones for those who just want to play somewhat competitive hockey without paying or paying too much. For example from Lite upwards it could be for only those who want to pay the "bigger" license fees for bigger prize pools, and Core and/or Neo could stay free or have very minor license fees? This could also create a need for new league(s) for both sets of categories. The fees also create issues in the functionality of the tournaments. Have you seen leagues with payments (competitive leagues) where the teams can shift and change the schedule of the games as they want, multiple times? Which is why charging Core teams for example is very problematic since most just play for fun with a little competitive aspect brought in by the league and some have difficult work schedules. This goes for the players in other divisions too, of course but at least it would be their choice. All i'm saying is this: The addition of fees kind of forcefully casts all of the playerbase into the same mold. Everybody wants the competitive side of the leagues, but for some the fees and licenses are too much and should be resolved somehow.

    Free G for upcoming tournaments EXCEPT ECL. Got my first taste of tournament hockey as a G in the last GCL playing for Geekz Energy eSports II, had a great time and played pretty well, so i'm looking for more!     Shameful Knights (Core) are looking for starting LD, RD and a backup player (both sided preferably, mostly for defence). Last ECL our journey ended in the game 7 of the 2nd round of ECL Core playoffs, and we are looking to do better now with a new core, our goal is to be promoted to Lite! Our playstyle relies heavily on puck possession and providing close support to the puck carrier in all three zones. As long as you are trying to develop yourself to learn how to play puck possession playstyle, and are not afraid to handle the puck even in tight spaces, you're our guy. I can guarantee you that with us, you will develop into a solid puckmoving defender and you can elevate your game to another level. Requirements: -Willing to learn puck possession playstyles -Good positive attitude(!!!), nothing good ever comes from toxicity or negative attitude towards your teammates - No previous experience from tournaments is needed, however: Must have previous experience from the game, such as 3v3 or 1v1 and a compatible playstyle for our team. -Understanding of the game mechanics and basic hockey iq. - You're active, able to play multiple times a week So, if there are any hidden gems, seasoned veterans or beginners with potential out there, please do message me here, or on PSN: Ollizhki

But first: The task of being a team captain for my beloved Shameful Knights became too heavy to keep going for personal reasons, so it's finally time to try something new with less things to stress about. My heartfelt thanks to Markalla2, Mik0z-_-, Dismall_ and especially my man Happymack29, thank you all for the great season(s), you guys fucking rock. Thank you also to all other members of the club along the years, the list is too long to mention everyone! ♥️ So, free G for FCL/GCL and maybe for ECL too. It is probably best to get me for a 50/50 role, as i won't be online every evening, probably 2-4 nights a week mostly, depending on how i feel. If there is a fantastic offer in a team which plays nice hockey, i may considering playing as RD, but i prefer G. I would like to try my abilities as a goalie, i have a (way too) long history of playing the NHL franchise, so i can read passing plays and shot angles well. I am by no means superb as a goalie, but i always try my best and try to learn from every game. I am Finnish, but i'm fluent in english as well. I'm easygoing and calm, so i won't cause any type of childish drama in a club, i can guarantee that. My skill level as a goalie is probably around core/lite? You can determine it by yourself. I will not use a mic as a G, as it only disturbs me. 25 years old, if that matters for some reason.     Shameful Knights (Lite qualifiers/core) We're looking for a starting LD for FCL and ECL. You must be able to give easy and fast short(!) passes, be patient with the puck in all three zones, and have good puck skills to protect the puck to create space. Our playstyle relies on short passes with a patient build up in all three zones, so if you can't/won't see any other breakout options than passing it blindly up the boards everytime, please don't contact us. Additional requirements: - You're preferably Finnish (FCL purposes) - Preferably played in Lite in ECL Spring - You're active - You want to develop yourself - You are comfortable in playing for a team which relies on puck posession and a patient gameplan with the puck in all situations - You are an easy person to be and to interact with.     Shameful Knights is looking for a starting goaltender, and a backup player (Winger/D) for our team. Our goal is to reach Lite via the qualifiers. From the goalie we require previous ECL experience, activity and calmness. As for the backup player, you must be able to play at least 2 positions, preferably defense and either wing.     Hey there! Unfortunately it's time for something new. I'm interested in playing as a goalie in ECL Winter. I'd say the leagues best suited for my skill level are Core and possibly, Lite. I want to maintain a level of competitiveness, so for now Neo teams are not an option for me. I've played for quite some time, so i can read the plays well, and use that for my advantage as a goalie.
