    Pro isnt free to "join". You can apply but if theres too many teams(over 32) registered, pro teams will get chosen by earlier succes (thats what happened in this tournament).

    Tbh you had pro "hot" goalies wrong way same amount of wins but hoiggaa without losses, hoigga has better sv% and better GAA. Only thing mandalorian has is more shutouts in 4 more games played. In fact i would argue that even januri would be more deserving. edit: oh sorry i forgot he is your team mate/brother. Explains alot

    I wish that more teams would go in the direction that SIKA is going. They have top notch stream, very good podcasts (maybe in english later). Maybe more content to facebook site?

    Hey, Kattiautomaatti is looking for a LD/RD. Right now we have 2 defensemen in our roster and we need 3 defensemen in our roster as soon as possible. We are planning to share D playing time in EASHL and ECL evenly between 3 defencemen. Player handness does not matter, playing performance is first priority. But being able to play both LD and RD is a big plus. Nationality does not matter. All players in the team are from Finland, we speak finnish and english. We can offer a team with long history, most of our team's players have played together since NHL09/10. We think we did not play at our own level last season and we are now making changes in our team to get us back in elite playoffs.     I'm not saying that unknown shouldnt be let in. Ofc they should but these things cant be decided by few people behind closed walls. There has to be rules. Is it enough that you have 1 player that has won the cup? 2 players from runner up? 4 players from semi-finalists? And in what time span? I have won 1 EHL championship in 2012(?) and if we would re-form exact same team would you let us in? I wouldnt since the game has gone a long way since then.

    Exceptional team status. Exceptional. Wondering how this will work. Now after this tournament you have 16 teams for elite division and 16 for pro division yet you have unknown coming in with exceptional team status. You have set elite and pro division to have 16 teams each, teams has fought hard for these spots for over 40 games. Are you going to drop one of these teams for unknown? I reckon similar things are bound to happen alot. Whole exceptional team status is kind of controversy. Where you are going to draw a line? Who gets accepted and who doesnt?

    Well it took only about 10 posts that somebody could give me a valid reason why the auto relegation is a good thing. Thanks for that and maybe 1 spot would do the trick? I haven't thought it that way

    I exited this conversation already but i have to ask, what makes you think that #17 and #18 belongs with big dogs more? Because thats what they are. Pro division 1 and 2 really are just #17 and #18 unless proven otherwise = relegation series. But now, please dont quote me on subject. It's harder than i thought to stop arguing this and to be honest its not even that big of a deal if theres straight promotions or not. And i agree with you, 3 divisions is too many at this current state of the community. Maybe in future.
