Can you watch these games from somewhere without a device and if you can where can you find the schedule in a simplest way? I’m really new to this if you can’t tell 🤣

The schedule will be announced soon, I'll add a link to this reply once it's out. We don't use a fixed schedule yet, though so your best bet for catching when the team plays is following them on social media.

    Broadcasts are usually on twitch.tv

I think it's quite arrogant to come up with such a passive-aggressive comment after some criticism that most of the Lite-community feels is warranted.

While the community appreciates all the content you guys put out, it's not the first time these write-ups elicit reactions that question whether or not the writers even follow the league.

I understand your point and admit that my intent with the bolded comment was to challenge people that might have different opinions. The fact is that we want to produce content to the best of our ability and it's up for debate whether people think we have done so or not. If people feel otherwise, I warmly welcome them to discuss a possible contribution in order to better things. Constructive criticism is always welcome, but I'm sure no one appreciates getting flamed in the comments section when they're just trying to bring something to the table on their own free time.

  3. Guys, this article contains a bunch of subjective statements which seem to have triggered you in one way or another. I like that! Shows that you care about what you do and in turn I believe that was also the intention of the writer to stir the pot a little. Now it's up to you to prove these statements wrong in the upcoming games.

However, if you have a problem with content that we put out, please shoot me a DM and we can discuss your contribution to the community on that part.

Game 5 of the Symphony-Butterfly series was not decided in overtime and the series was not tied at that point. That was game 4.

Also no mention of the sickest moment in the whole tournament, Hansu's breakaway save on jergelii with the series on the line? 🙄

Good thing you're keeping me honest. :D Will chime in with some edits asap.

Hansu's save can't be put into words, but I'll find a clip real quick.

so am i to understand that ONLY swedish and finnish need this licence?

what about english players specifically ,do they need licence?

    Hey!

Currently we are only involved with SESF in Sweden and SEUL in Finland and therefore licenses are only required for players of those nationalities to participate. We haven't communicated with other esports associations actively and are not aware if for example the British Esports Association offers competitive licenses for their players.

In short: Mandatory for Swedes & Finns, voluntary for others.

Well no issues mate, just wouldn't have used the word faceoff in this particular case

I see :) We've used the term 'relegation faceoff' previously, so that's why it's there. I get your point though.

"teams who won ECL 7 Elite relegation faceoffs". This seems rather nice

Not sure I follow. Could you specify your issue? Winning a relegation faceoff should grant a team promotion.

Pls do something similar to this with ecl lite

I agree this would be nice, but due to lack of manpower we've had to prioritize a bit. We don't have any assigned writing team to Lite currently as no writers are playing in Lite or would have sufficient knowledge about teams in the division to write extensive articles.

I'm sorry this is the case and I'd happily want to bring you some Lite articles too. You will be getting something in terms of Lite journalism soon. In the meantime, if you're interested in joining us as a Lite writer, please send me a message!

Tomorrow we'll take a look at another Swedish team, who made a lot of changes during the offseason. We're excited to share it with you, can you guess who's up?

    Am I correct with Monarchs?

True.. They sure made some changes, right? 😎

Can add @Mullweiser as a returnee. After taking last year off he is back to playing NHL again.

    Fixed!

Don’t know who dat ’man0niii’-guy on RD is but he sure as hell seems more manly than ma0niii 👾

Well, seems like that one slipped through the cracks. Added a disclaimer for now, wouldn't have too much faith in "man0niii" on the ice.

Zande 6 shutouts from 13 playoff games, not on the top lineup 🤣

Anyways thanks on the season everyone!

Those stats are really second to none, which is why the goalie choice for our top 6 was discussed for quite some time. I don't think there's any right or wrong choice between these two guys, this time we went with polis because we felt he played a bigger part for his team.

  11. I've been waiting for something like this ever since the SIKA podcasts, for ECL 5 it'd be nice to have some players from respective divisions to fill us in and discuss what's going on at each level of the tournament. It'd be nice to get to know the community and involve everyone on a wider scale. Summer cup has been quite successful in that for example.
