144 hz is not necessary when you only can get 60 hz from your console. I would not say that a TN panel is the best panel when you get much better picture quality from a IPS panel. The difference from 1 ms to 4-5 ms is nothing that you will notice.

If we think that it is unfair for new teams to play in pro/elite, instead of teams that almost did promote from lower divisions. We can have a qualification where the new teams can be in.

If was thinking like, 2 teams are droping out from pro or elite, and some members from the clubs are starting a new club. I think they should be able to join pro if there is a empty slot.

If members are from clubs from pro/elite, they should be allowed to start in pro. If there are teams that are droping from pro, so there is open slots.
