Prima eSport is looking for a backup player for ECL PRO (LW/C/RW/LD/RD). We will be playing in the PRO division for the first time with this organization and until then, we will need to make use of all the practice time, cunning and consistency we can to reach our goal of establishing ourselves as a contender for the next few seasons. What PRIMA is looking for in a backup-player: - Ability to play when the team needs you. - Ability to "shake off" bad nights and not go into rage mode - Ability to spread a positive attitude among your teammates, even when you are not playing Why should you apply to join Prima? After 8 seasons in Lite, we have been demoted down to Core. We weren't ready to match the level of current Lite and we paid the ultimate price. Its time to redeem ourselves and our place in the scene. That's why we need YOU. We are looking for a defenseman. If you can play both sides, thats a huge plus. We are also in need of a "fifty-fifty" goalie. There might be scenarios where you have to rob the opponents and give us the W, you just have to live with that. Now that being said, these are the thing we require from you: You have to be over 21 years old, have whatsapp on your mobile and own a working microphone. You also have to be able to talk during games and reply on Whatsapp when setting up games. Earlier ECL experience is not mandatory, but ain't going to lie, its a huge plus. We are not going to teach you how to play the game, you must know it by already. But we are going to need you to bring something to table, new ideas, criticism, whatever it may be. At the end of the day, we are looking for good fellas to share our lives with, pretty much. If you are accepted into this "cultish" team, after an succesful year in the club, you're given an invite to clubs "kesäpäivät". Thats a spectacle, I can tell you that. Hey everyone, I was just wondering what went into making a new club on here. I see so many free agents and not many clubs representing England so I’m considering making one if possible. It would be a casual team which would be more for fun but obviously we would like to be somewhat competitive as nobody likes to lose every game! Any advice would be appreciated.

There's really not that much to starting a club per se, especially if you are only playing casual. Just make a club in NHL 22 and invite some friends and get playing. If you are looking in to going for tournaments you need to make sure that the whole team is committed to playing on certain dates (at least the scheduled games) or having enough backup players. At least 8 players are required and 14 was the cap if I remember correctly. If you are not able to play the scheduled days and you can't find a replacement date for matches (within the given timeframe) you will be forced to forfeit a.k.a give walkovers to the other team, and may be subject to a ban from future tournaments. Creating a team is easy enough, but managing 8-14 people is a bit harder especially if they are not that committed or have busy social/worklife. Also keep in mind that most of the ECL tournaments have teams from northern europe so the home matches of those teams will be played on the north europe servers, which mean that you are going to have a worse connection. The connection is PLAYABLE, but significantly worse. Ofcourse the workaround to this is to play only tournaments that are played mostly on servers closer to you. After all this, if you are still interested in creating and managing your own team, go for it! It can be most rewarding, there's no feeling like it when you win as a team, but it also takes alot! Hope this helps 😁 ps. ECL NEO is good if you are looking to start your own team and playing somewhat competetively.
