    POGGERS (Elite) is looking for LW. You will take my spot as LW during lack of interest and me being too busy with other things than NHL. You will play 50% - 100% of all ECL Elite games as LW, most likely around all games. Our roster has always been and will always be small so we are only looking for one good guy that gets along with our guys and doesn't rage when things don't work out the way you want them to. Also not looking for solo people since it's a team sport. So you being able to pass is necessary.     NHLGamers, In the background of all the NHL 20-hype, we've been experiencing the finals of our annual Summer Cup and as we're used to, we saw some great stories and a somewhat surprising champion at the end - congratulations to NG Moevenpick! The Summer Cup is a tournament aimed to generate new friendships (or rivalries) and unite our community into a more casual environment while still having competitive games going on for you guys. With the somewhat renewed drafting system we employed in this years iteration we wanted to both level the playing field in the sense that teams would be more balanced and simultaneously promote the networking aspect of our tournament.     I think the system was good. However we need to find a way to attract more captains in the future or implement some sort of cap. With such big rosters SC is probably not a positive expierence for the majority of players. But you already know this. So no need to point out the obvious, even tho I just did exactly that. Congratz to NG Moevenpick aka Team Germany.

With NHL 19 coming to an end, we would like to announce that Northern Ascendancy and ECL Elite team Northern Stars will be merging for NHL 20. The team will retain the Northern Ascendancy name, abbreviation and colour scheme, while taking up Northern Stars' spot in Elite for the ECL 9 season. With this merger, long-time NOS stalwarts @cHIIMEERa and @ma0niii will be joining a NOR roster consisting of team founder @MartindalexC; Swedes @eyebiz, @Tacterz, @The_Alpha_Furyan and Finns @Supreex, @pentsaa (Kanelipena) & @Tehh (TehhAhola). The captain for the new-look team will be cHIIMEERa, with MartindalexC and The_Alpha_Furyan acting as the assistant captains. ***** We’d also like to give thanks to our "loan" players who’s worn the Crab for SCL, Spring League and FCL but won’t be back this fall.
