Hey Gamers, It's time to get the NHL 25 season started with the ECL '25 Pre-Season. The ECL Pre-Season Tournament is a friendly tournament with three tiers for teams to get into the competitive mindset, without the heavy structure that comes with the actual ECL divisions framework. The tournaments include playoffs for each tier and the lowest tier allows new interested teams to try out the competitive games in a relaxed environment. The ECL is the pinnacle of European NHL esports. The abbreviation stands for the European Championship League and it features NHL 6v6 esports in five divisions aimed at various skill levels. Every player, including the goalies, is controlled by a human. League games are played in the EASHL mode and the platform is PlayStation and Xbox. ECL has been played since 2015, so the upcoming season is already the 17th. The latest addition to the ECL product family is a 1v1 tournament, where Europe's best solo players fight for the championship. ECL 1v1 has been played since the ECL '23 Winter season. Basic information/requirements of ECL: Regional restrictions: ECL is a European tournament format, however, we do not necessarily exclude players located in North America or Asia. A European server will always be used. We reserve the right to exclude teams or players in case of severe connection issues. Individual requirements: Each player needs to have an account at SportsGamer.GG and create their personal player card. ECL licenses: Teams in ECL Elite & ECL Pro, ECL Lite, and ECL Core will require their respective ECL ‘25: Winter team licenses in order to play. In addition, every player in the above-mentioned divisions needs to have a valid ECL ‘25: Player License or ECL ‘25: Winter Player License before taking the ice. Players in ECL Neo require only an ECL '25: Winter Neo Player License. The ECL '25 Pre-Season tournament does not require the license, but purchasing the license early on is recommended for faster processing. Rules: The ECL '25 rulebook will be published closer to the season, you can check out last season's rules here. ECL Pre-Season As stated, the tournament will be hosted in three tiers without any major restrictions except for the ones mentioned below. That was great breakdown by KenuFHR and Sopuli04 on NHL 25 trailer and some new features of the game. Personally thinking that those are interesting but it has been in previous years similar thing. I mean, there has been some great looking improvements that have not worked when the game has been released and community has trashed them totally. But I think points to EA that they are genuinely attempting to make the game fresh. Personally though, I think the gameplay is important but so is the content. I would more revamp the content than the gameplay. The best gameplay is useless if there is limited content. That is the case in eFootball which has way better gameplay than FIFA/EA Sports FC but limited good content. UFL which is on the progess of development (and should be released in December) has similar thing. Great gameplay but no content. As for NHL I would bring Competitive Seasons back in HUT and revamp the Rivals similar to that of EA Sports FC UT Rivals. Also Champs format similar to UT in EA Sports FC. In World of Chel I would minimise all those game modes and focus on 6vs6 club games and in addition only 6vs6 drop-in but way less all casual modes. In 6vs6 club games I would change Club Finals to Champs-like tournament. In divisions the teams are gaining points to qualify to Champs which is for one week only. The teams can use their collectible in any weekend they like just like in Champs in 1vs1. But looking forward in EA Play 10 hour trial to try new game. I expect that soon because the game is released in Oct 4th and Deluxe Edition early access is September 27th. So the trial will be before that as it has been in previous years.1 point

UnderRated letar efter nya spelare inför NHL 25 och kommande turneringar. Får vi rätt spelare och får laget att fungera så är tanken att vi ska försökta satsa på att nå pro direkt. Vi letar efter en spelskicklig center som inte bara försvarar bra men också kan bidra i offensiven med bra passningstempo. En kylig målvakt som är bra på att läsa av spelet och inte stressar och blir alldeles för nervös när matcherna verkligen börjar gälla och spela roll. En puck flyttande back på höger eller vänster sidan som är bekväm med att hantera pucken och har ett bra lugn som sätter defensiven som prio 1 och att offensiven kommer sen när det finns läge. En vänsterforward som kan spela som en prickskytt men som även har öga för att lägga bra pass när det behövs eftersom vi försöker kontrollera puck så mycket som möjligt. If we get the right players and make the team work, the idea is that we should try to invest in reaching pro straight away. We are looking for a skilled center who not only defends well but can also contribute in the offensive with good passing pace. A calm goalkeeper who is good at reading the game and doesn't stress and gets way too nervous when the games really start to count and matter. A puck moving back on the right or left side who is comfortable handling the puck and has a good composure who puts the defense as priority 1 and that the offense comes later when there is an opportunity. A left forward who can play as a sniper but also has an eye to make good passes when needed as we try to control the puck as much as possible. Strength of the pack is looking for: -Center that can play most games -Right side Defender that can play most games -Backup Goalie (This can be your secondary position if you fit either one of the above) We will most likely be playing in either Neo or Core division, the team is Based in Finland and all of the players expect for our Swedish starting goalie are Finns, thus Finnish speaking players are preferred but those with decent English are also accepted. We typically play 2-3 times a week around 20:00-23 CET We want active players with a positive mindset but with a healthy competetiviness that want to improve as individuals and as a team. Shameful Knights (Lite/Lite qualifiers) Looking for 50/50 LW, starting RD, 50/50 G and a backup defender.
