SportsGamers, The eighth season of GCL action kicked off in mid-June and these passionate gamers have been going at it throughout the hot summer months to once again crown a champion of the DACH-community. It's been the deal of two juggernauts lately as the long time torchbearer Deadly Phantoms has been joined by Swiss outfit ZSC Esports at the very top of the tables. At the end, it was a battle between these two that we got to witness in the finals, and eventually ZSC Esports came out on top! This is the second consecutive championship for the Lions. To cap off their successful night, also the GCL Cup final was played, where the Lions faced Hyperion. SportsGamers, The group draw for the 6v6 2022 eHockey Finnish Championships has been completed, and as a result we've got eight groups with 9-10 teams each. Out of each group, seven teams will make it to the playoffs, together with the seven best #8 seeds based on points per game. This will amount to 63 teams in total, with FILADELPHIA joining the playoffs as seed #1 with their invitation.
