I have a bad feeling about this, the X-factor gimmicks, shiny ice etc. Nothing in that reveal made me enthusiastic for NHL22, and I have PS4 and PS5 too. The dual entitlement price is just EA raking in more money, so I am not really suprised. Breaking up the playerbase is numb-skull move from EA, but it seems they don't really care about the community. Maybe we should just stick with NHL21?😑
Anywhoo, we'll see what's what when the 'beta' comes out. Hopefully it won't be a total cluster-fu**.
One thing I dont' get: apparently Frostbyte and x-factor are on both old-gen and new-gen versions, so what is the difference between them, less frames per second for the PS4 version? I suspect these are the same game at heart, they just couldn't be arsed to make cross-gen compatibility because they'd get mo' money without it?
