Small and unite group of Finnish guys. Team was formed pretty much right after ECL2. There was a lot of players that had no 6vs6 experience and some without EASHL experience at all. I'm going to tell a bit about our guys in current roster. G: Supreex(A) A rough diamond when I found him wandering in Finnish gaming forum. It didn't take long to notice that he surely had skills to be a great goalie one day. Sure yeah he was not used to play 6vs6 against top players, so he naturally had some adjustments to do in his game. As the community has noticed he has became one of the best goaltenders in EASHL, if not the best. That is a choice of an opinion. Winner of the Summer Cup 2. LD: kinnune Good solid defender. Good eye for the game and doesnt have any big weaknesses. Came to Rusty from Murohoki with koojiikoojii and Albatrooss, who is playing in Sika these days. Does not talk much, but was once caught signing "We are the champions". RD: Pock79 Solid D. Does not probably play much, time will show. RD/C: Tanski87(C) Likes hitting and fast puck movement. Soon to be father of three, so old and tiiiireeed. RD: Kikiukko The one who speaks a lot. Oldest of the Kinnunen clan. Does not sing for some reason. Solid D-man like his younger brother Kinnune. Can adapt his game to any kind of situation. LW/C: Wuorio One of the original team members. Veteran of the game series. Good at both ends of the ice. Solid at pretty much everything. C/LW/D: koojiikoojii(A) Straight outta Joensuu. Likes to sing karaoke. Played in Murohoki before coming home to Rusty Blades. Two-way player. Does not wada-move lot, but does not need to. Good player to have for good team spirit. RW: Lamsa Dirty Kantor, also known as Vippiveikko, Hauki, gädda and lots of things. Knows how to score and likes to do it. A lot. I have known this guy for ages, he has known me for ages, we are godfathers of our first born kids. So I know him well. Give him the puck, he will score. Or be in off-side. That is pretty much our current roster. Facebook Twitch1 point

too many buttons changed up imo + no practice/free skate mode. there isn't a good way to perfect the new dekes and get used to the feel of the controls.1 point

It was just little something something. 😁 Actually took couple days to get this written, as my two little toddlers really dont give me an opportunity to concentrate in writing. And obviously when they sleep, its time for some beta-action. And thanks for the nice words. It is always a pleasure to play with you. I dont know about "one of the vittumaisin", but I have heard an expression "Tulee päälle, kuin Rusty Blades" 🤣1 point

Nice! I wish more teams would introduce their teams like tanski did. Fun to read. Would be nice if staff members would do some interviews about ecl-teams expectations for ECL5, roster changes and in overall how teams are doing. Gotta say also, Rusty Blades has amazing team spirit and its always pleasure to get play with these guys. True hockey team without any divas and whiners. And one of the vittumaisin team to play against1 point

Damn - no need to write my own feedback message as you summed my thoughts up pretty well. Game speed in EASHL is good for me but I get the point there. There's some fixing needed obviously but as an package I think they can't do better game with this engine. It's fine and all but there's way too many buts to call this (beta) good. Me and the angry @The_Alpha_Furyan will talk about the Beta in the next episode of ECL Talk which will be out this Sunday.1 point

dman thoughts + the skating is smooth + the poke is retarded + I still have more goals then games, which is sad. + better balance at the boards + the "L2-strides" is gone + feels like a teamplay-based game - the poke is retarded - rightstick is slow - the speed in eashl is way too low - you still can't change the size of your player, which means that everyone Will play with pwf sooner or later. = better than 17, but still many things that needs to be fixed.1 point
-
Stickhandling too slow, poke checking too op as you can spam it and not get a penalty, L1 is just ridiculous, intercepting passes and puck pickups are too random, i can stand holding L2 and still R2 passes go through my player and sometimes a player with his back to the puck can intercept a pass with his skate, and the new dekes almost never work, though i like that ea nerfed the puck chop In general, this game needs a lot of work1 point

Haven't played many games to make a big assessment, but some things that stood out for me as defender: - Good improvement in the skating, feels smoother imo. I use the L2 button way to much, but the skater doesn't make those double, triple spinnings anymore. -That L1 button (way to op, but so i have a chance to get the puck) - Defensive skill stick looks cool, as you can cover a side in a 1vs2 or 1vs3, not sure if it actually works when the opponent tries to pass through your stick (didn't work yet). - Was mentioned in another post, but the pokecheck works to good. You get every puck and the chance for a tripping is to low. -The overall gamespeed is to slow, so is the deking (or am I just to slow in my head?). -Puck chop is more "realistic", as you can't chop just every puck away that is somewhere on the ice.1 point

I like it! Some sliders of course would need to be adjusted. The L1 right now is ridiculous. And hopefully those between the legs and one handed moves are not gonna be owerpower against the goalies. And the amount of blue screens, jesus. The other thing that could be fixed is the stupid shadow on the jersey preview when starting up a game on EASHL. It just makes everything confusing.1 point

Heh, I got the same model(XL2411z) as a second monitor. Works great (tho probably overkill for chavelski if he's not playing on PC) .1 point
