Small and unite group of Finnish guys. Team was formed pretty much right after ECL2. There was a lot of players that had no 6vs6 experience and some without EASHL experience at all. I'm going to tell a bit about our guys in current roster. G: Supreex(A) A rough diamond when I found him wandering in Finnish gaming forum. It didn't take long to notice that he surely had skills to be a great goalie one day. Sure yeah he was not used to play 6vs6 against top players, so he naturally had some adjustments to do in his game. As the community has noticed he has became one of the best goaltenders in EASHL, if not the best. That is a choice of an opinion. Winner of the Summer Cup 2. LD: kinnune Good solid defender. Good eye for the game and doesnt have any big weaknesses. Came to Rusty from Murohoki with koojiikoojii and Albatrooss, who is playing in Sika these days. Does not talk much, but was once caught signing "We are the champions". RD: Pock79 Solid D. Does not probably play much, time will show. RD/C: Tanski87(C) Likes hitting and fast puck movement. Soon to be father of three, so old and tiiiireeed. RD: Kikiukko The one who speaks a lot. Oldest of the Kinnunen clan. Does not sing for some reason. Solid D-man like his younger brother Kinnune. Can adapt his game to any kind of situation. LW/C: Wuorio One of the original team members. Veteran of the game series. Good at both ends of the ice. Solid at pretty much everything. C/LW/D: koojiikoojii(A) Straight outta Joensuu. Likes to sing karaoke. Played in Murohoki before coming home to Rusty Blades. Two-way player. Does not wada-move lot, but does not need to. Good player to have for good team spirit. RW: Lamsa Dirty Kantor, also known as Vippiveikko, Hauki, gädda and lots of things. Knows how to score and likes to do it. A lot. I have known this guy for ages, he has known me for ages, we are godfathers of our first born kids. So I know him well. Give him the puck, he will score. Or be in off-side. That is pretty much our current roster. Facebook Twitch14 points

Nice! I wish more teams would introduce their teams like tanski did. Fun to read. Would be nice if staff members would do some interviews about ecl-teams expectations for ECL5, roster changes and in overall how teams are doing. Gotta say also, Rusty Blades has amazing team spirit and its always pleasure to get play with these guys. True hockey team without any divas and whiners. And one of the vittumaisin team to play against7 points

Hey NHL Gamers, we hope you are enjoying the NHL 18 Beta to the fullest by now! If not, be sure to check out our Beta Code Giveaway below: As you probably know, a beta of a game is more than just a demo for the consumers. Sure, it can be used as a marketing tool to get people excited for a game and I believe in the case of the NHL series it doubles as a demo, but it also usually serves a bigger purpose, such as: Getting general feedback from the customers before the game release. Introducing the beta to a bigger amount of people will certainly bring out some technical issues that hasn't been noted before and it can then be fixed before putting the game on disc (or at the very latest in the form of a day one patch). Testing the online server capabilities. Collecting data about customer behavior within the game for multiple purposes. We here at NHLGamer are playing the NHL 18 beta at least as much as the next guy and are very passionate about discussing our findings as well. We created a discussion thread for this purpose and we will also be sharing our key points with EA SPORTS as well (we're also pretty sure they are lurking around the forums this time a year to read about what us gamers have to say ). So please, join us in the discussion and vote on our poll by going to this forum thread: EA is also looking for direct feedback from all us, in the form of "General discussion and feedback", "Technical issues" and "Bug reporting". You can read more and participate in their official discussion by following this link. That's all for now folks, I'll let you get back to your beta gaming! On behalf of the NHLGamer staff,3 points

It was just little something something. 😁 Actually took couple days to get this written, as my two little toddlers really dont give me an opportunity to concentrate in writing. And obviously when they sleep, its time for some beta-action. And thanks for the nice words. It is always a pleasure to play with you. I dont know about "one of the vittumaisin", but I have heard an expression "Tulee päälle, kuin Rusty Blades" 🤣3 points

Nobody has written anything about the new EASHL-mode "threes" yet so I figured I would give my thoughts about it. I very much like the idea of it, casual and serious enough at the same time and a mode that I now realize that I´ve been missing. The arcade mode with a smaller rink and so on I really like, I dont really think its suits EASHL so fair enough the EASHL part is played on a bigger ice but why the hell is it straight off just a copy of 6s, in my opinion this ruins quiet alot. 1. Make the games shorter, way f*cking shorter. 1x7 min or something would be good (and the game clock would be real seconds and not 00-20) If draw after that 00:00-07:00 period include a penalty shootout. The reason for this is that you know pretty much on the spot how long a game will be, nowdays its impossible to know, a game can take anywhere from 20 to like 45 min which imo is way too much. I´d like to see this for 6s as well, a real time game clock with real seconds so that a game is 3 x 5 instead of 3 x 20 with some superseconds and the penalties to be like 40 real seconds or whatever it might be but as it is now its definatly not 2 min :-P 2. Im not a fan of bots so get rid of the powerplay just like in the arcade mode, penalty = penalty shot. If that for some reason doesnt go well with the community make it possible to play 3 on 1 powerplays and if there are new penalties just add the time to the first penalty. Obviously penalties need to be shorter (like 25 sec or something) if the games are shorter but overall I think its better with penalty shots, easier for EA to fix as well. So in short, 1x5,6,7min games, penalties=penalty shot and if draw a 3 vs 3 shootout.2 points
