Please write your support ticket in English following the instructions below.
We always aim to do our best to help you out with your issue(s) or question(s) you may have. Our goal is to solve our support tickets with the highest quality possible without letting you wait for too long. With that being said, we would kindly like to ask you to make sure that your ticket has all the necessary information before you send it. If that is the case, it gives us the best chance to pass it on to the fitting department where your ticket will get solved.
Such information can be:
- Match information (link to game, name of both teams, league, group…)
- Screenshots
- Links
- Videos (with accurate time stamps)
We will only pass forward the tickets which are ready with the necessary information to be handled by the next department.
Incoming tickets are usually responded to within 24-48 hours and are either forwarded or requested for more information about the case.
Sending a new request will not make handling any faster!
