Stick Magnetico is looking for a starting RW (left-handed!) or LW (right-handed!) for all upcoming tournaments on NHL 22. We participate in ECL Core (or hopefully Lite Qualifiers if we have the chance) as well as WECL. We are a team from Spain, so we play in Central Server. Looking for: - Somebody that will match our commitment to the game. We take this game very seriously, we have been playing 4-6 days a week since NHL 20 and we need someone willing to do the same. - Has a decent skill level to play Lite hockey (our goal is to promote) - Is comfortable playing in the Central Server. - Has a decent level of English. Our main language for communication is Spanish, but most of us are fluent in English as well. Any nationality is welcome. - We'll be playing both current and next gen so having both versions is a plus. - Uses Telegram. We can offer: - The chemistry of a team that has played together for a long time. - An outgoing and fun bunch of guys with a great sense of humor. - Guaranteed games as any other starter. - The expectation to compete hard on every tournament and our goal of pushing for a potential Lite spot in the near future. We will play the future ECL tournament with a fairly tight roster so playing time is guaranteed if you make the team. We are planning to play the tournament with 4 forwards and 3-4 defensemen. We are one short at both right now. 1. A forward. RW is needed and it is a plus if you can play LW too. Requirements: some experience and an understanding to play a team game. Personal skills: good passing, can make zone entries with the puck. Ability to maintain pressure at the offensive end. Responsible defensively and not fleeing the D-zone too early to allow outlet passes. 2. A defenseman. It would be great if you can play both sides, but not absolutely necessary. Requirements: some experience and an understanding to play a team game. Personal skills: solid defensively, good outlet pass, can play at the offensive zone with the puck and knows when to go for a shot and when to make passing plays to maintain pressure. C can also be an option. Here we got our team right now: G - JaxonRules93 LD - AG_Jarl RD - MaciPapi C - koojiikoojii Apart from being skilled with the puck, the player we are looking for needs to have the same mindset as us regarding team play. Meaning, we attack as a unit and defend as one. Defenders are to be used very often in the offensive zone. Forwards has the most skill up front but are happy to cover up for an eventual defender breaking up the ice. We want to play a dynamic and entertaining hockey. We'd like to keep a chill group of players long term who for real enjoy playing the game together on a level that creates motivation for all As we speak English in the party it's good if you can understand and speak the language on a basic level. During off-season we plan to play about 2-3 times a week together as starting lineup. For now we aim to play on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays from about 20-21 Swedish time (can be adjustable). There will of course be opportunity to play more but on other days than these, it could be with backup- or guest players as well. We will play in the upcoming ECL Pro and hope to find the guys who will fit both on and off ice with us. Last season we manage to secure a spot for another ECL Pro season but for the upcoming season we want to take the next step. We would like to play as a unit, attack together and defend together. Defenders are important part of the offense, and forwards equally in defence. We are moving the puck with speed with skilled players up front. Tryouts start right away, we have no previous division requirements. However, some ECL experience is required. Previously we have Won the first season (9) of NEO. After that we have been split up in Lite, barely playing or acting backup. However, the eager to play is back. The division has not been set were we would like to participate, it depends on the members. Nonetheless, if all goes as planned and enough players with the same opinions, Lite will be the division. We're not excluding other positions, forwards, goalies, coaches or benchwarmers. You're all welcome to try. By no means are you required to be a superstar, scoring 5 goals in your first game. That's not what we value, we have the skillset to score. We're looking for a standpoint to develop on. Do not hestitate to contact me, nationality does not matter as long as you can communicate in english on a basic level. Mic is required but not for playing normal games from start.
