ECL - Removal of X-factors and superstar abilities

Hey,

Are we the only ones who would like that ECL-games would be played without x-factors and superstar abilities? Theres so many situations where you end up scoring just because you got close quarters perk enabled on your player. 
 

For example, in CoD series lot of perks and weapons have been disabled in competitive gaming.

Imo having abilities on creates good twists to the gameplay, wouldn't take them all off.

Just disallowing the meta perks such as cq, truculence and elite edges would force teams to find new ways to score, forecheck etc.
