While your traditional hockey seasons might be pushing towards the postseason, on the virtual side of things, it's time to start warming up the thumbsticks once again! We have now launched the registration for the Elite division of ECL '22 Spring. This article will feature all the information you need about participating and includes all the eligible teams. Description ECL Elite is the gold standard of European virtual hockey and with that also has the biggest prize pool and most visibility. The division features a full regular season with best-of-seven playoffs, broadcasts will be aired on every default gameday. The License fee for participation is 400€ for each team. ECL Elite: 16 teams Sign up: ECL Elite eligible teams Regular season: One group Playoffs: 8 teams Best-of-7 Gamedays: Monday Wednesday Thursday + Sunday Broadcasts Prize pool: 11 000 € ECL Elite License Purchase the ECL '22 Spring: Elite License of 400€ here (one-time purchase by team captain required). ECL '22 Spring: Elite Schedule Sign up period: 5.-20.3. Regular season: 4.4-12.5. Playoffs: Quarterfinals: 31.5-5.6. (TBC) Semifinals: 7.-12.6. (TBC) Live Finals: 17.-18.6. (TBC) Grand finals (if needed): 19.6. (TBC) *If you're an existing team that wants to change names, simply sign up with the old name and contact support for the name change.
