well in Finland you just dont magically forget to submit financial statements to tax authority for multiple years the only thing that comes to my mind for missing statements, is if the Finnish tax authority is conducting VAT audit (for the VAT that SG might need to pay back), but SG hasn't said that this is the reason for the delay.

as you can see, many people don’t even understand where SG’s money has actually gone. they think costs can just be cut here and there, but most of the day to day operations are already done for free and voluntarily. i hope people use common sense discussing this. SG has monthly expenses: office rent, accounting fees, TYEL and YEL contributions, internet and electricity. on top of this, unnecessary costs like penalties(*) can add up suprisingly quickly. SG, according to them, actually lost a significant amount of money when they assumed and applied a 10% VAT rate to license fees — but the tax authority later said that was incorrect, and that they must use 24% (now 25.5%). i don’t want to speculate too much on whether SG has had to make retroactive payments for VAT increase, since I’m not an economist. however, as JakkePlay77 mentioned earlier, it’s concerning that we don’t have any public financial statements for 2023 or 2024. this raises major questions about the company’s profitability and sustainability since it is already 2025 Q4 without public data from 2023 . (*)from what I understand, they received a 1,200 € penalty from the tax authority for the missing public financial statements 6.10.2025 -> couple of days later they announce ECL will be played. ok.

SG or @OGjahajaha can prove me wrong, but i believe nobody was ever paid for articles(?). i got one free player license after asking for it, you could consider that a payment, but its like 10€. even tho some people think broadcast costs are close to 1.5k € per stream, they might be actually be close to free as well. @bMaJuH could probably give some info -- did you receive any payments for being a commentator? i dont really know what else could be the largest expense besides the actual commentator for a free Twitch stream. LAN expenses have to be the most expensive thing, and they could be skipped without much impact.

this was good post from janikka, my bad earlier. after playing many games I have changed my opinion. these are my insta bans: 1. trucu (op + annoying to lose stick) 2. unstoppable (op counter hit) 3. ankle breaker (i think this can make your guy "fall" eventho u didnt do anything -> RNG) big tipper doesnt seem so op this year. wheels 50/50 i like fast gameplay, but this is must perk if not banned. i maybe forget something. LA any comments? any news about ecl?

Idk if u remember but u suggested like 5 bans, so we have even smaller pool to choose what perks to use.

Trucu ban, keep the rest. There are like 5 different xfactors that give speed/acc boost. No point to ban them all. at least these give speed/acc boosts: no contest, send it, ankle breaker, joukkueen sytyttäjä (Team energizer?? dunno whats it in english), wheels
