I don't see why it is such a big deal for people to pay a small fee for a one year license. You have been given an opportunity for 5+ years to compete and challenge the best in the NHL for free to this date. SportsGamer was a hobby for the organizers, but due to increasing amount of work a hobby became a job. SportsGamer is a company that has employees, and organizing tournaments of this quality is a full time job, and the people who are organizing these tournaments have families to feed.

Don't buy two 24 packs of beer this weekend, and practice CHEL instead and there is your license.
