the plan is to not overlap and we will be arranging the tournament format with this in mind when we have a total number of sign-ups

early april is the expected timeline for the final series

based on your country of origin I'm positive an exception could be thought about, however you play in the RCL currently (correct me if I'm wrong) and the scope of this league is aimed at countries without a regional competition going

Edit: there won't be restrictions to players of other regional leagues (local and foreign lists still apply)
