  1. I love the idea!

For me, a separate league would make more sense, then you could invite the people you want to join and you don’t have the same rosters sent as in Format 2.

And why only 6 people? Is there a limited capacity because of the system? If you had more guys in a league, the teams wouldn‘t include only players from the top 4 teams as you get forced to choose from the middle-bottom teams as well.

Long time, no see... said the Crabo to his knife 🔪

Anyway. We have something to share.

With NHL 19 coming to an end, we would like to announce that Northern Ascendancy and ECL Elite team Northern Stars will be merging for NHL 20. The team will retain the Northern Ascendancy name, abbreviation and colour scheme, while taking up Northern Stars' spot in Elite for the ECL 9 season.

With this merger, long-time NOS stalwarts @cHIIMEERa and @ma0niii will be joining a NOR roster consisting of team founder @MartindalexC; Swedes @eyebiz, @Tacterz, @The_Alpha_Furyan and Finns @Supreex, @pentsaa (Kanelipena) & @Tehh (TehhAhola).

The captain for the new-look team will be cHIIMEERa, with MartindalexC and The_Alpha_Furyan acting as the assistant captains.

We’d also like to give thanks to our "loan" players who’s worn the Crab for SCL, Spring League and FCL but won’t be back this fall.

    To @David McSavid (Rundqviiist), @jtorro1233, @minokin, @ICappeI, @Supremski, @Aze and @Nampa77 – Stabo salutes you all.

Good luck in your future teams, it was a genuine pleasure having you with us!

    Not summer time:

CET (Central European Time, used by countries such as Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, France et cetera) = 18:00

EET (Eastern European Time, used by Finland amongst others) = 19:00 (CET + 1, see that fuckin' plus?)

I didn't add those two countries because I live there, but there are several new guys from these countries.

And also to clearify another time: The default sheduled time is set for CET countries, if you're insecure where you live, look in my quote or in Martindalexc's first post!

  5. Haven't played many games to make a big assessment, but some things that stood out for me as defender:

    - Good improvement in the skating, feels smoother imo. I use the L2 button way to much, but the skater doesn't make those double, triple spinnings anymore.

-That L1 button (way to op, but so i have a chance to get the puck)

    - Defensive skill stick looks cool, as you can cover a side in a 1vs2 or 1vs3, not sure if it actually works when the opponent tries to pass through your stick (didn't work yet).

    - Was mentioned in another post, but the pokecheck works to good. You get every puck and the chance for a tripping is to low.

-The overall gamespeed is to slow, so is the deking (or am I just to slow in my head?).

-Puck chop is more "realistic", as you can't chop just every puck away that is somewhere on the ice.
