Yes, but now that our players have changed their ISP we get to games with very high %... like 90% of searches. When we had 1 DNA we got error about 4/5 and about 99% of error came against Finnish opponents. When there was no Finnish players against we got to game mabe 80% of searches.
And when we had 2 or more DNA user in 6vs6 we got error about 20/20
Exactly the same experience here. 2 or more DNA players and it's pretty much not worth even trying to search for a game.

...
That's for sure because the opponent team has DNA players.

Well, is that going to be the case? That's what I am most curious about:
How will games between Swedes/Finns and e.g. Germans or Russians be matched? If these games take place on the new Stockholm (?) server exclusively, there will be serious disadvantages. Or is the matchmaking designed to find a common ground (e.g. FIN vs. GER taking place on the "old" UK server with ~ equal pings for both teams, or US West teams vs. US East teams taking place on the new US Central server)?
This is just speculation but there's a chance it'll try to pick the server based on home team's captain instead of middle ground. I guess we'll find soon when international teams use different captains in their EASHL games.

Probably means you still got placed in the old server. Some games will still be like that when the opponent is from Western Europe.

Before you get too excited:
I think it's been like this for very long. 30 ms in NHL would've been 60 ping in most games.
Of course we're gonna get excited because the connection got reduced to about third.

Had 10ms here as well
I guess the HUT dedicated server change meant they wanted to increase the amount of servers at the same time. That gave us Finns better EASHL servers as well, can't believe EA actually did things right!

Hi,
I'm 26-year-old Finnish guy who came back to NHL after a four year break (didn't buy a new console until last year). I played a lot of drop-ins and a decent amount of 6v6 EASHL games in NHL 18 so I've slowly gained back my former form.
In NHL 18 I first played in a Pro team Nemesis which was quite a struggle for everyone of us. Nevertheless, I'm really grateful for the experience even though I was so rusty from the break. The next season I was late to the party so I decided to go to play in the first team that picked me, this time in Lite. To be honest I was fooling around too much. Sorry for that. Lots of tension and less fun in the team.
So, I'm looking for a tryout in preferably a Pro or maybe a new-born Lite team with a competitive roster. A mature bunch of guys would be a big plus.
I'm a defensive minded player who played left-handed for long but learned to play with the right stick too. I can play every skater position at an okay level but I think playing as a grinding winger is the most fun for me.
Summary:
- L/R handed
- LW/C/RW/LD/RD
- Finnish / English
Thank you and good luck in the next game!
Still free, unleash my INNER STEAM please. I want to play 6's. Now. Pro / top Lite team, let me try my best ^^

Both handed F/D looking for a team
-
All except Goalie (have been practicing it lately but unfortunately am still pretty bad at it ;__;)
If only I could find a team i can play 6v6 games often with...
-
Maybe the free agents should represent NHLGamer as a team just like Russians might participate in the olympics even if they are banned
-
Looking for an active club for normal 6v6 games
I can play all skater positions but prefer speeding through both wings.

The stats were bugged in the in game list after the game. They didn't show any goal scorer for the first Nemesis goal so I guess a random player was picked. So:
19:57 #67 Stim Pe 1-1 (#14 Chivas Regal) should be Aho (Regal, Pe)

Hello
I'm looking for a Finnish / European club to play in the next ECL. I used to play NHL 10-14 a lot with the Xbox 360 but never competitively. Now after a three years break I'd like to try new waters.
Strengths:
- Playmaking / Positioning / Team First
- I think I play all positions except G quite well. Most experience playing C/RW though
Weaknesses:
- Pass first mentality (this is a plus/minus)
- a bit awkward English (like many Finns...)
I'm sure I'd be a decent add to Pro teams in need of a player playing all positions. Feel free to give me a tryout!

Hello,
Allrounder player (left/right handed) looking for an interesting team. I've been playing pretty actively throughout this version but decided to skip the Spring League. Last ECL we won Lite with Oton Letkutemppu me chilling as a goalie but I'm not a goalie!
I used to mostly play as a forward in the past but in this version I've been thrown as the Left Defender everywhere. Thus I'd say LD's my best position right now, I can land some bone crushing hits when I'm feeling it! And they'll feel it too...
I speak Finnish but my finglish is okay so international teams work just fine.
