    Reality Check🍍 (Elite) We are looking for starting LD for the upcoming tournaments, as our current player is going to military service in January.     In the original answer I mentioned that we (REC) are not used to play every other ECL game in different server so that way it might be more difficult for us, but as I said also that is not big issue anyway

    Reality Check HC Since we got our starting lineup ready, we are now looking to add some backup players! We are looking for: 1 backup allrounder (You should handle C and D positions at least). Playing time naturally depends on how much our starting players can play.FOUND 1 backup or 50/50 goalie. Your role depends on how active you are and how well you stop the pucks. FOUND!     My opinions: ECL Elite: 16 teams ECL Pro: 16 teams ECL ''Semi Pro'': 32 teams or more ECL Lite: Rest 3 ECL tournaments per NHL If 4 divisions system happens in future, I want to see only 16 teams in Pro. That would of course give much more tight matchups than it does now and it could develop those teams more who gets promoted to Elite.
