Man. As a fellow old-timer, I'm glad to have you around to this day. In fact, I consider you a kind of scene legend. I mean, you were trolling these conversations literally before some of the players today were even born.

At the same time, I can't help but wonder. Over all these years, I don't remember seeing you make one comment where you didn't try to get a rise out of people. You've made a lot of comments and I'm sure some of your more constructive messages are just slipping my mind right now, but that's only because they're drowned out by the overwhelming barrage of confrontational posts.

It's just strange to me that you would bother keeping that up year in, year out. I am aware that unlike me, you actually have a life, which just makes it all the more baffling.

I can tell you that I respect svamp 100 procent. Yes i have been fucking mad at him also but he always says and write what he thinks thats the best type of people i think. Not talking shit behind back and stuff and he is not trying to kiss other peolpe back just for likes. He has my respect 100 procent and in this he speaks just the truth.

I appreciate that someone writes these articles. And I think many players want to read these articles about lite and see their team in these writings. But the quality isn’t good, as it’s clear that the writer has not played in lite or know any of these teams, just checked the teams’ points and made their own assumptions. It might be just a video game but the community won’t grow with that kind of thinking.

But i told you start writing for nhlgamer yourself and you dont have this problem anymore.   Its easy to complain but do something about it instead. If you have the time  to check every fucking team and watch games everday to see who the best defender this season is then this suits you perfect. I understand the man who wrote this article. He goes for the guys who do the points. I would do the same. I dont have the time to watch other games. Especislly when he doesent get paid.  If you want better previews start writing for them. Simple as that.

Should somebody else write these articles? I mean somebody who actually bothers to look further than just points.

You schould start to write this stuff then the problem is solved and you dont have to complain. Or be happy that someone write for  free about each division.  Omg its a videogame who cares who writes about who. Just play :)

Who got mad? :D It is just few messages... dont have to take it so serious.

I am serious?. Thats the last i am my friend 😂😂😊. I think its more serious to  comment a article that give critics in a videogame.

Surely you don't mean that you want to remove skating backwards?

Assuming you mean changing it for the better so it isn't as useful. Please let us know your ides on what the critical things to fix is and where it's most wrong in your opinion and how you would like it to function. And I really mean it - we can all go "It's broken! It's broken!", but in order for the feedback to be the most beneficial, it'd be great to get the most concrete description(s) of what exactly is disliked, what's liked and how we think it could be fixed the best to our liking.

From NHL 20 onwards we will be focusing even more on getting the feedback from our community and how we can best communicate it to the producers and I will definitely be asking for more videos this year. I'll post more about this later.

Yeah that is what i ment!. I am not so good in english 😂

I've had some questions about L2/LT, and I thought I'd address them, but my man NoSleeves12 already beat me to it with this video:

So basically it's useless (and hard) to try to remember how exactly it felt in at the end of April, but the important thing is the conversations with the producers about these things and where they want to go with it.

I'm also a strong believer in "I believe it when I see it" with such things as seamless puck pickups, but at least I can say everything I saw in Vancouver points to that they're really working on making it better and skating and passing did feel better - not completely overhauled by any measurement, but more smooth and less on rails with certain movements such as receiving a pass. Needless to say, there were many things not implemented yet in April and it was noticeable (which is to be expected during development), so it's impossible for me to say how well things pan out and work when the game comes out. What I can say though, is that the developers put in a lot of time and energy and genuinely seem to share the passion that we have for the game. I definitely want to work on how we are able to provide better and more specific feedback from here on out and that we as a community get good quality videos of things that we dislike, bugs etc. as I can assure you they do look at them and make decisions based on the material we provide them with.

I hope they take away the backskating. its ridiculous that every game you see more backs as a defender than fronts.

16,67% of players could be Finnish and this ruins it for you? eSM 2019 will allow 33% of the team to be foreign. While we want to be equal where we can, we decided limiting the number to just one instead of two for the SCL in order to make sure the Swedish players have the best opportunity to show and grow.

There is a bunch of pre-existing teams that have a mixed roster and by allowing a small quota of foreigners we want to prevent breaking up teams due to unnecessarily strict rules, as some teams would be restricted from playing in most leagues and tournaments in that case.

Allowing a small quota of foreign players is nothing new in hockey and in the context of eHockey it will make SCL and eSM even more internationally interesting. Creating a tournament/league and throwing in a prize pool and event doesn't automatically generate success and future events - we need people to play, attend, view it online and find it interesting in order to guarantee success.

I didn't like that we were unable to allow foreign players for eSM 2018 despite our best efforts and I got a bunch of angry and disappointed messages from some people that were unable to participate. Now we've been able to fix that with eSM 2019 and the SCL, but sadly it's impossible to please everyone.

I understand if you get to have a foreign player who have played for the team the season before in ecl. But now when you can choose who ever you want for me it gets more like summercup. When it is a swedish league i want to see a team  with swedish players not ”Style” plus the worlds best finish player who not gonna give a shit about the team in the ecl season.
