    Well it is quite simple, If you boys really try you can get it. Just try to think about it. If 3rd and for example 6th team closer on same level, it does not matter as much what team you face on semis or quarts.

    I’m really sorry but I just don’t get this.. How would any point system make 6th seed team better than now? 3p system and EABUNKA would have hands like Penatski and IQ like Dominointi?

    It doesn`t change it. But if some teams have to play with shit in their pants with current system because so scared of losing single point or two on regular season, it may have an effect on that. Because value of are you first or second on regular season would not be so big.

    What???? #1 seed would still be pretty big thing like now?😂😂

    Can you please tell me. Why are you guys sooooo afraid of losing those single points every now and then? It is not the end of the world. And because game really is only 12 minutes long, it is "easy" to play that delaying game. Do we really want to courage teams to do it this much that we give them half points of what team would get from 10-0 win?

    I also think that difference could be huge. And from viewer(customer???) point os view, i don`t think that would be a bad thing. And if we want to take this sport to a more "serious" direction, we should watch things more from viewers point of view.

     

    E: And i took a quick look. There is also elite players who have voted for European point counting system. So i would not be so sure what would the result of vote be, if elite captains would vote for this.

    Well those single points would probably decide regular season winner, I don’t think it should be like that.

    Some of the names he mentioned has better career save% and more career wins than your picks even tho they play in lesser teams. If you gonna make some weird objective list over best goalies those kind of stats would probably be pretty heavy arguments to base your list on. 

    But I guess we all take your word for it instead lol

    I think everyone knows how capable and good they are, but it's also refreshing to see someone giving appreciation to players who aren't from the top 2 teams. I feel like there are a lot of good players in this scene that don't get any recognition because they haven't won a championship. Still, it's definitely not easy to win one so I have respect for everyone who has and play in those teams. I guess what I'm trying to say is, everyone knows who you are, who Eki is, and who Flyerkungen is for an example. It's OK if every once in a while you see someone picking up and recognising talent from teams other than top 2. If you get what I mean. AND also in my opinion, it's very hard to say who the ''top 3'' goalies are in this scene as there are many really good ones just not all of them play in top 3, or even 5.

    Agreed, but if question is top 3 goalies it doesn’t mean that you should pick some hidden gems.. it means you should pick top 3 goalies.
