A full weekend in Tampere has yielded two new Finnish Champions, as on Friday evening we crowned Teemu @temppanen Karvonen the new 1v1 Champion and tonight on Saturday evening, NHL 19 Allstars hoisted the trophy at Keskustori to cement their 6v6 Championship. Nordic Stars put up an impressive effort in their first ever LAN Finals appearance, but the valiant effort wasn't enough at the hands of their highly experienced opponents. For Nordic Stars, the Finals appearance is a monumental step on their way towards the top, this team has been grinding away for a long time and have recently been on a great upwards trajectory. Keep improving, boys!
NHL 19 Allstars really proved the depth of their roster by having all nine players lace up the skates over the course of the tournament, and quite impressively, defenseman Aleksi @loimmu Loimuvirta made his first appearance of the tournament in the finals - without missing a stride, of course.
