I like this interview series! Good job, @Faydas.

Another point of view that makes me worried is that elite players (well known players) now participate in a elite team in ECL and also a swedish SHL team in e-shl and prolly SCL. That should def be against the rules if we want to make our community more competive and give more players and teams the opportunity to grow. In my eyes this creates a bigger skill span than necesary and also make fewer teams able to compete against the best. In the future it got be a rule against participate with different teams in different leagues if we want the community to have a chance to grow. Why name leagues after different nationalities if the players and teams are the same in every league.
