Hola Amigos! I would like to raise some conversation about the number of games being played in Lite. What number of games do you think is good? What changes should be done Lite? Don`t take this wrong, you guys here are doing a great work and i get that you have to do the things that you do. And your service must be focused for the best players in the community but i am writing here from Lite teams GM POV. What do Lite players get from this community? 14-18 game days / year + playoffs if you are doing fine. I am sorry but that is really not that much. Better players have double the number of games in ECL + eSM + Summer CUP. Yeah i know every noob can participate in eSM or SummerCup, but really its not that fun to play against elite or half elite teams with hands of wood. Lower level players are now going to play own tournaments like Magic Cup(thanks to @skebazu) or and play with NHL Gamer nemeses like OEHL or stuff like that I guess that is something you don`t want. Ok, just remembered that there is RCL and GCL also ... but nothing for noob Finns Any ways... my point in short is that i`m sure that many Lite teams want more games! Lite teams often need to have bigger roster because teams are new and players are new to competitive scene or even 6vs6 änäri. And this means that you most likely have players who will lose their interest or who are not good enough to learn some stuff... So you need to have backup in your roster to be sure you can finish the tournament. And because of that, you need to do some rotation in you roster.... And i must say, its not easy to rotate if you play just 7 days. What could be done? Does increasing number of games in Lite lead to too much work for league admin? Would it help if game log would not be so precise in Lite? Or if you could somehow give responsibility of correct reporting to players? = no game reporting issues for admins. This could quite easily be done by giving captains rights(fe. if both captains agree) to delete reported stats. That way they can log stats again if they are wrong. Bigger regular season and smaller play-offs would be great. 64 team play-offs are not good.. About 16 team groups and 32 team play-offs would sound good. A bit side of the topic: Should Summer Cup be cut in half for lower and higher level players? Fe. Pro+Elite / others. This would create more games against about same level opponents for Lite level players. Or should Finns and Swedes also have its own league? There is RCL and GCL... Why not FHL (sry if this is trade mark violation @Eisenhugel).

NHL 19 so far from my view... #NoSKYPlayers Left Winger Vilupoika: I love to play with this guy, tbh. With right forwards with him, there is so many erotic things you can do with him. On and off the ice of course. Dangerous in 1v1 situations, wants to score. One of the best hands in the show. 😽 Other mentions: Puantso & PleeMaker. Center Patzlaf: I don't really know who else can it be? If some day I will go back to Winger position, I would want somebody like Paahtis to play Center then. Moves puck wisely and fast, easy to play with, smooth hands. Good at Blackjack. 🐷 Other mentions: Penatski & tbnantti. Right Winger I_Eki_I: This was hard one but at the moment it looks like wins and trophies are following EKI to everywhere he goes so at the end it wasn't really so hard choice. Great 2way style winger and a versatile player. Can even do Spin-O-Rama passes to the back post. Wooow. 💸 Other mentions: indi969 & Foppatofflan. Left Defender Janzuh: I haven't played with Janne so much but he is some kind of veteran player who plays for FILA. Much patience with the puck in tight games and so annyoing to play against. Experience talks here, will be Top 2 LD as long until he choose to go retirement. 🙏 Other mentions: Nassustelija & DieCutterMC. Right Defender vatalisti: It's crazy how it seems to be so much players from FILA in my list but let's be honest with this one. When we are talking about offensive Dmans, this man can really be the game changer. So good with the puck. Hope he is good with the gun also, aamuja. 🐥 Other mentions: Ilmari30 & Snapu48. Goalie ICappeI: From ECL 5 to forward I have always felt like it's most hardest to score goals to this guy. Can carry his team when it's most needed. Knows how the Goalie mechanics works and also he studies most Elite forwards playing styles, like when each player is going to pass or shoot or which are their go-to-moves in tight situations. As soon as we are partially connected with Kajaani University of Applied Sciences and Nordic eSports Academy, we have a room with whole staff there. For Boot camps pays our CEO. 2. You get right about merchandise and some Gear, but I'm not allowed say you here about our Business partners, as soon as it is confidential information, which even I am not provided with this kind of information. 3. Professional eSports contracts will be signed after passing a test contract period, because we want to be sure that all the players get their role for the company right. 4. Pro analysis will be done by analysists from NeSA, which will help us to improve our gameplay. About Web-site and merchandise, now a moment we are working in this way. Web making is already in progress. We didn't do it because there were no reason to make it since the moment we have nothing to present there. I think you should get that. And again thank you for your questions. I am ready to answer on questions I know information about. But as soon as I am player and team manager, I am not into whole financial staff.

I hope it works out, but as it stands there seems to be quite a few questions open regarding the organization and the promises it makes. I don't want to be a douche, but having been both on the wrong and right side of things over the years -- from empty promises to outright faked sponsorship deals, I've learned it's better to be safe than sorry. So, in the sake of anyone who's interested in the project, I'd like to ask a few questions. 1. Regular bootcamps: Where would they be and who pays for them? 2. Sponsorship: Do you mean some sort of gear or merchandise? Who are your business partners? 3. Professional eSports contracts: Professionalism implies a salary or a reward system. Is that a correct assumption? Again, who pays? 4. Professional analysis of gameplay: Who or what does the analysis? I understand it is a new project, but making big promises while not having a web site, no info on management/staff nor any info on business partners, it feels.. dodgy.
