1 period

Decent start of the game for us (once more) our forecheck and defensive positioning working as it should be. Further more it was obvious that we were meeting a very defensive and trapping team just rounding up at their own blue line, so the key for us was to get deep behind their "wall of flesh" and making our plays from behind the net and rightfully going to first intermission with a two nothing lead. (2-0)

2 period

Not much did change in the second period, except we were starting to feel a bit comfortable when our opponent having nothing offensively in the beginning, but then our opponent were starting to dump and chase more successfully getting in deep in our zone and using the traditional areas that are a bit hard to reach for defending players, then reducing the score to 2-1. The match were beginning to even out a bit more now. But still all in all this match were ours.

3 period

An early clumsy tripping penalty from our side in the first minute in the 3rd was to be our opponents way back in to the game, getting the game a tie (2-2). Now this match were brought to a stalemate until 49 seconds left of the game our opponent found an opening in our slot and with the "glitchsweeper" on the first post scoring the seem to win gamewinning goal (2-3). Now we had to make an extra effort getting in deep in their zone with all we had, time did seem to run out but finally KrilluX found the net, scoring the 3-3 goal with just 1 second left on the clock.

...No luck here, again, stupid penalty, opponent scoring in pp (3-4)...

But still all in all this match were ours, two clumsy penalties were the gamechanger.
