League Administration finalized it's ruling on 3 cases which happened during the last week. 1)Valta15: Irresponsible behavior Player valta15 decided to leave his old team and join Dynamo Danglers, where he played one game and partially finished a second one(the game was quit midway through by both parties after several connection issues).
